The Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (CABH COE), in partnership with the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), proudly announces Anthony's Villa as one of the distinguished recipients of a competitive expansion grant aimed at enhancing Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) services across Ohio. Through this initiative, Anthony's Villa will expand essential mental health services to Erie, Huron, Ottawa, and Sandusky counties.
Following a rigorous RFP process that began in January 2024, Anthony's Villa was selected as the sole organization in the region to receive funding. This grant will enable the provision of the Multisystem Therapy (MST) model, in collaboration with Case Western Reserve Center of Excellence. The MST model is a holistic approach to treatment, addressing the various systems that impact children aged 12-18 who are at risk.
Anthony Campbell, CEO of Anthony's Villa, expressed his enthusiasm about the grant: "We are thrilled to receive this grant, which will allow us to significantly extend our reach and enhance the quality of mental health services available to children and families in our community. Our mission is to provide accessible, top-tier mental health care, and this funding moves us closer to that goal."
Anthony's Villa is a Non-Profit Community Mental Health Center that offers a wide array of services including in-home and school-based mental health, counseling, therapeutic behavioral services, therapeutic groups, case management, and now, expanded intensive home-based services. In addition, they also operate the area’s only group home for at-risk youth.
