At Anthony’s Villa, our mission is more than just providing services—it’s about creating a compassionate and supportive environment where vulnerable youth can thrive. And that begins with the incredible individuals who dedicate their time and hearts to this work.

One of those leaders is Michelle Western, LISW-S, our Outpatient Manager. With years of experience in the field, Michelle has seen firsthand the impact that care, curiosity, and passion can have on both the youth we serve and the professionals who support them.
“At Anthony’s Villa, I have the privilege of leading a team of compassionate and dedicated professionals who are deeply committed to helping vulnerable youth reach their full potential.”
Building a Culture of Support
Being part of a team that provides mental health services and support to youth means navigating challenges, celebrating successes, and continuously learning. Michelle plays a vital role in fostering a collaborative and uplifting environment, ensuring that every staff member feels heard, valued, and equipped to handle the complexities of their work. She expresses that, "As the Outpatient Manager, my greatest joy comes from seeing our staff bring their curiosity, care, and passion to every child and family they serve."
Through weekly support meetings and case reviews, she encourages open dialogue where clinicians can share their struggles, discuss interventions, and celebrate victories—big or small. This teamwork not only improves client outcomes but also strengthens the bond within the organization.
“The most rewarding part of my role is witnessing both our staff and the youth thrive—whether it’s a struggling child reaching their goals or a dedicated clinician finding fulfillment in their work.”
Caring for Others Starts with Caring for Yourself
At Anthony’s Villa, we know that in order to provide the highest level of care, our team members must also prioritize their own well-being. That’s why Michelle emphasizes self-care and personal growth, encouraging staff to tap into their passions and take time to recharge.
The work is meaningful, but it can also be emotionally demanding. That’s why Michelle ensures that self-care isn’t just a suggestion—it’s a priority. By helping staff find balance, she ensures they can continue to show up with energy, dedication, and purpose.
More Than a Job—A Mission
For Michelle and the entire team at Anthony’s Villa, this isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. Every day, they make a lasting impact by providing children and families with the tools and support they need to navigate life’s challenges.
“At Anthony’s Villa, we are more than a team; we are a family united by our mission to make a lasting impact in the lives of those who need us most.” - Michelle Western
